Question : Can I order over the phone instead of online?

If you would like to place an order over the phone, please call Fuel Supplements Westshore at (778) 433-3835 anytime Monday-Friday between 10AM-8PM (PST), Saturday 10:00AM-6:00PM  (PST), and Sunday 11:00AM-5PM (PST). Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you with any questions you might have and help process your order for you. Please have your shipping address and credit card information available when calling to place your order.

Question: How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order is priority to us and we work hard to get your order out within 1-3 business days. After it’s been packaged and delivered to Canada Post, you can expect to receive it within 1-6 business days. All orders are shipping from Victoria, BC via your preferred shipping method selected at checkout.  A tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your package along the way. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account and viewing “My Orders” section found on the main page.

Question: How does my order get shipped?

Lifestyle Grocer uses Canada Post Expedited Shipping as our standard shipping method. This will ensure that you receive your package within 1-6 business days to most locations within Canada. We also offer an express option for those customers that wish to receive their orders quicker. All orders are packaged carefully and sealed for protection.

Question: Do you have a retail location?

Yes we currently have 2 locations within Victoria that you can come and check out all the products in person 7 days a week.

Question: Is it possible to get promo codes or additional discounts?

Lifestyle Grocer offers you big savings on everyday items across the board. However we do offer additional options for savings if you interact and be part of our community:

Question: Shipping Options

We work hard to get great shipping rates from our couriers so we can pass the savings on to you. Shipping costs for packages are based on the weight and size of your order. Simply place items in your cart, select your postal code and click on “calculate” to see your options. You’ll be given all shipping options and exact costs during the checkout process, after you have selected the delivery address for your order. Although delivery estimates may vary depending on your city or town, we do our best to get you products as soon as we can. Please keep in mind that during the winter months shipping can be delayed due to mother nature and other unforeseen situations.  


Question: Payment Methods

All Prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated for international customers. We accept all major credit cards via our payment processing platform and will securely process everything through our SSL certified site.

Question: Package Loss

Although it is rare for orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays, or processing and packing times (please allow 24-72 hours for packing).

Question: Address Errors

We cannot change your delivery address after an order has been submitted. We work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise. If the return delivery cost is greater than the value of the merchandise, Lifestyle Grocer will inform the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

Question: Customer Refusal

We are not able to offer refunds on products that are refused for any reason. In addition, if is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal, you may be responsible for that cost, as well.
